Turnkey Padel Projects • Thailand

One project. One clear path.

Padel projects become difficult when the owner has to coordinate court supply, freight, site works, lighting, installers, technology and launch planning separately. Borealis is building a more integrated project route.

Scope

What turnkey can include.

Site & feasibility

Location review, court orientation, access, circulation and project constraints.

Court supply

Court model, customization and confirmed manufacturing specification.

Logistics

Export, import, inland delivery and unloading requirements coordinated around the site.

Installation

Installation planning and coordination with the agreed local project scope.

Technology

Booking, smart access and customer systems where relevant.

Launch & growth

Branding, Experience Center support, content and launch planning where agreed.

Important

Turnkey does not mean vague.

Every proposal should state exactly what Borealis is responsible for, what the local owner or contractor provides, what is excluded and which assumptions affect price or schedule.

Process

From first conversation to first serve.

1. Discovery

Site, ambition, budget range and timing.

2. Project definition

Court, scope, interfaces and responsibilities.

3. Delivery planning

Manufacturing, freight, local works and installation.

4. Handover

Final checks, operating setup and agreed after-sales support.

Turnkey project FAQ

Does Borealis manage local civil works?

The final scope depends on the project. Where civil works are outside Borealis’ direct scope, requirements and interfaces should still be defined clearly before installation.

Can turnkey include solar and energy?

Energy solutions can be coordinated with selected partners where relevant to the project.

Can Borealis help after opening?

The Borealis model is intended to support more than installation, including agreed technology, marketing, maintenance coordination and business-development support.
