Borealis Padel, part of Borealis Lifestyle Group in Thailand, is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@borealispadel.com.
Information we collect
Project enquiries
Name, email, phone number or messaging ID, project location, project type, number of courts, timeline, preferred contact route, configuration choices and information supplied in the message.
Direct communications
Information you choose to provide through email, LINE, WhatsApp or other official Borealis social channels.
Why we use the information
We use enquiry information to respond, assess project fit, arrange calls or visits, prepare quotations, coordinate delivery and after-sales discussions, prevent misuse and maintain necessary business records. We rely on your consent when you submit the form and on legitimate business and legal requirements where applicable.
Form delivery and other recipients
The enquiry form uses FormSubmit to deliver submissions to Borealis email. FormSubmit states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. Hosting, email and selected communication providers may process limited information to deliver the service. If you choose LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, that platform's own privacy terms also apply. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and international processing
Borealis normally keeps project enquiries for up to 24 months, or longer when a project, quotation, contract, legal duty or dispute requires it. Some service providers may process data outside Thailand. We limit sharing to what is reasonably needed for the chosen service and project follow-up.
Cookies and browser storage
The current website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses only essential browser storage to remember that the privacy notice was acknowledged and to support requested website functions. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking is added later, the notice and consent controls must be updated before that tracking is activated.
Your choices and rights
Subject to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act and applicable exceptions, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your information, object to certain use, or withdraw consent.
