Commercial models

Purchase is the standard model. Lease is subject to project approval, financial assessment and availability. Partnership or revenue share is reserved for selected high-potential hotel and resort locations and requires separate due diligence and written agreement.

Scope

Court supply, logistics, installation coordination, civil works, permits, utilities, operation, maintenance and other responsibilities are only included where expressly stated in the written proposal. The property remains responsible for daily operation unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Visuals and specifications

Concept images, colour tools and 3D models are illustrative. Final design, engineering, dimensions, components, certification, warranty, lead time and performance criteria are defined only in approved project documents.
