How it is used

To review your enquiry, communicate with you, assess project suitability, prepare proposals, coordinate approved projects and comply with applicable legal or business obligations.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with relevant factories, logistics providers, installers or professional advisers only where needed to assess or deliver a project. It is retained only as long as reasonably required for those purposes or applicable obligations.

You may ask to access, correct or delete information by emailing info@borealispadel.com. Do not send confidential technical, financial or personal information until an appropriate channel and purpose have been agreed.

Website enquiries

The current location form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not itself upload the form or your photographs to a Borealis database.
