Before a final proposal
We review the intended use, available dimensions, access, location photographs and site information. A location may require additional information from the owner, architect, engineer or local contractor.

- Permits, land rights and local authority requirements
- Ground conditions, foundations, drainage and levels
- Electrical supply, lighting interfaces and other utilities
- Delivery access, storage, lifting and installation access
- Operation, inspection, cleaning, service and maintenance

Only the final signed quotation, scope and technical documents define what is included. Images and the online design studio are visual aids; they do not override approved engineering or site requirements.
